The Nelson Fund is dedicated too

From its start, The Healing Center, Inc. has observed a high need for our services. However, due to resource restraints, we are unable to see every client that reaches out to our clinic.

The Nelson Fund is now accepting donations to support client treatment. This Fund enables clients to receive mental health services at a reduced rate. If you or a loved one suffers from a mental health condition, and/or has had a positive experience at The Healing Center, please consider donating to supplement someone else's treatment.

 

Learn about Nelson 

The Nelson Fund was named in honor Merwin Nelson Lee. "Nelson" is the father and hero of Sylinda Mendenhall, founder of The Healing Center. Nelson's decades-long struggle with mental illness has been an inspiration to many. His journey brings awareness and hope for those working through mental health conditions. 

 

This fund is also dedicated to the endless help, support and compassion from loved ones and community members who supported the Lee family. 

The fund is designated solely for the purpose of donor dollars directly supporting mental health client treatment.
