Insurance

Currently, The Healing Center has 5 In-network providers (Sylinda Mendenhall) for the following Insurances:
 

• Blue Cross of Idaho

• ​Optum/United Healthcare

• Aetna

• Pacific Source

• Select Health
   

​ We submit Claims for reimbursement for Blue Cross of Idaho, United Healthcare, Aetna, Pacific Source & Select Health on a monthly basis.  All other providers and insurances we are an out-of-network provider. Sessions are paid for up front. Upon request statements are issued to clients​ monthly (or more frequently if requested). Clients submit these forms to their insurance companies for reimbursement.
