Insurance

Currently, The Healing Center has an In-network provider (Sylinda Mendenhall) for Blue Cross of Idaho, Optum/United Healthcare, Cigna and Aetna . We submit Claims for reimbursement for Blue Cross of Idaho and Optum/ United Healthcare. All other providers and insurances we are an out-of-network provider. Sessions are paid for up front. Upon request statements are issued to clients​ monthly (or more frequently if requested). Clients submit these forms to their insurance companies for reimbursement.
